NOTICE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010
FEE ADJUSTMENT FOR RECORDED DOCUMENTS
HB 1007, which amends 30-1-103 (1) and (4) C.R.S., has been signed into law and takes effect on July 1, 2010.
·$11 for the first page and $5 for each additional page for recording standard size documents.
This fee adjustment will NOT impact the following documents: Oversized documents (Plats, Land Survey Plats), Federal Tax Liens,
UCC’s and Mining Claims. The fees for these documents will remain the same.

Fees as Registrar of Titles
38-36-198(1), Colorado Revised Statutes, as Amended.

| At or before the time of filing of the certified copy of the application with the registrar, the applicant shall pay to the registrar the fee prescribed by Sec. 38-36-186(l) |

| For granting certificates of title upon each application and registering the same |

For any other service required or necessary to carry out this article, and not hereinbefore itemized, such fee or fees as the court shall determine and establish.
38-36-186(1) - Upon the original registration of land and also upon entry of a certificate showing title as registered owners in heirs or devisees, there shall be paid to the registrar of titles $0.001 of the valuation for assessment of the real estate on the basis of the last assessment for general taxation, as an assurance fund.
