Where are the courts?
The courts are located at the Justice Center (751 Ute Ave). Entering Kiowa from the west, turn from highway 86 right onto Pawnee Street (shortly after the bridge). Go south on Pawnee street to Shoshone Street and turn left. Go one block and turn left from Shoshone on Ute Ave. The Justice Center is a red brick building with a blue metal roof. The courts are located on the south (left) end of the building.
Coming into town from the east, turn left from highway 86 on County Road 45 (Ponca Street). Go south to Shoshone Street and turn right. Take Shoshone Street to Ute Ave. Turn right on Ute Ave. The Justice Center will be on your left.

Does the county building accept credit cards?
No, not at this time.

How do I get information on when and where the county is spraying weeds?

Do I need a permit to build?
Yes, on any outbuilding over 120 square feet. All residental and commercial buildings must have a building permit for additions, reroof, finished basement, etc. Call our building department at 303-621-3172 for more information.

Does the county have animal control?
