WIC (Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program)

WIC is a federally funded food and nutrition program with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  WIC serves pregnant or lactating women, infants, and children five years old and younger who meet income, medical, and/or nutritional eligibility requirements.

The WIC program provides nutrition education, referrals, and nutritious foods at no charge.  WIC also provides health information, nutrition counseling, and assessment.

Call 303-363-3004 and request the Elizabeth site.  This program is administered through the Tri-County Health Department. 

Call 719-743-2526 to request the Limon site.  This program is administered through Lincoln County Public Health.
