The Elbert County Clerk and Recorder Office provides the following services to the citizens of Elbert County: Motor Vehicle Department, elections, Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, and recording.

The Elbert County Sheriff’s Office works with community members and leaders to provide protection and service to our community as a whole.

The Elbert County Surveyor is responsible for representing the County in boundary disputes.

The Treasurer’s Office is responsible for mailing property tax notices, collecting and distributing property tax collections to taxing entities (schools, towns, fire departments, library district, special districts).
